Janine Jacobs
Janine joined Dr Dillon in 2007 and swiftly became an indispensable part of his team. She is Dr Dillon’s personal assistant and practice manager. Her main roles in patient care are the theatre bookings and managing all account and medical aid related queries.
Annelize Rossouw
Annelize has been part of Dr Dillon’s private practice since 2011. Prior to that she travelled and worked in the USA and the UK. She manages the reception area, consultation appointments and makes sure that consulting days are as smooth and stress free for our patients as possible.
Dr Frans Marx: Anaesthetist
Dr Marx obtained his medical degree in 1996. After working as a doctor in the UK for 3 years, he returned to South Africa to specialize in anaesthesiology. He obtained his master’s degree in anaesthesiology from the University of Stellenbosch in 2007. He has been working in private practice ever since and has extensive experience in all aspects of anaesthesiology. He has a special interest in pain control. He is familiar with the latest literature on the subject and frequently attends lectures on the latest pain control techniques. Dr Marx and Dr Dillon enjoy a long standing working relationship.
Chardri Dillon
Chardri Dillon completed her B. Occupational Therapy degree in 1995 from the University of Stellenbosch. She specialised in paediatric Occupational Therapy and worked in private practice in 1996 and 1997. Thereafter she joined Tafelberg Remedial School for 2 years working with children with learning disabilies and ADHD. She re- entered private practice in 2000 in the Durbanville area. From 2005 she was a student supervisor at the University of Stellenbosch for 2 years. Since 2007 she has been full time practice manager at Dr Dillon’s Orthopaedic Practice in Stellenbosch. She is married to Edwin and they have 2 children.
